1. Go to Settings > Human Resource Settings > Schedule Template tab.
2. Toggle Enable Schedule Template.
3. Toggle Enable Work Types.
4. Start Adding Schedule Templates with Work Types. Set fields to empty if you don’t want to use a certain work type.
5. Click Save.
If you want to assign schedule templates to Shift Groups, go to Shift Groups
1. Create a shift group if you don’t have one.
2. On creation form, check the “Use Schedule Template?” Option
3. Select one among the Schedule Templates you created. A preview will show after you select.
4. Click Save
If you want to directly add a schedule to an employee.
1. Go to Schedule Management Page
2. Select an employee and choose the date to apply a schedule
3. Click the add schedule button
4. Select one among the Schedule Templates you created. You may also directly add a work type schedule. Complete other fields.
5. Click Save

1. Add Work Type Schedule will only appear if Work Types is enabled from the Settings page.
2. Meal Break hours basis of calculation below:
If deduct meal break is enabled
If schedule has meal break work type
Meal break hours = meal break schedule duration
If schedule has no meal break work type
Meal break hours = 0
If work type is disabled
If schedule has meal break work type
Meal break hours = employee meal break
If schedule has no meal break work type
Meal break hours = employee meal break
If deduct meal break is disabled
Meal break hours = 0 (hidden)
